At QuintellaMMA, our kids’ program is more than just training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai — it’s a life-changing journey. For many of our students, this is a special place where they begin to discover their confidence and strength.

We see kids walk through our doors with low self-esteem, struggling with bullying at school, in the neighborhood, or sometimes even at home. But after just six months to a year of consistent training, the transformation is remarkable. They become more confident, learn to speak up, and develop a stronger, more positive attitude.

What makes our program unique is that we don’t just teach sport — we teach real martial arts and self-defense. Muay-Thai

We offer a variety of our adult programs such as Muay-Thai and Jiu-Jitsu, which we’ve geared for practicability and ease of use by kids. Here, we teach the fundamental principles of such styles, and of martial arts in general, so that your child knows exactly how, and when it is appropriate to use what they know, grooming them into responsible individuals, and effective fighters in the future.
