At QuintellaMMA, we are honored to partner with and represent the We Defy Foundation, a national nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of combat veterans. We Defy Foundation serves those who face military-connected disabilities—offering them a structured and therapeutic outlet through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This program not only promotes physical health but also supports mental wellness, providing a sense of purpose, camaraderie, and belonging.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu offers veterans a unique opportunity to challenge themselves, connect with others, and find healing through discipline, movement, and community. As proud representatives of the We Defy mission, we open our mats and our hearts to support these heroes, helping them build strength and confidence through the power of martial arts.
